    • I love a travel hack, especially one that whispers quiet luxury. I was able to successfully travel across the country for five months this past winter exclusively using the TrustedHousesitters app. The homes I stayed in were one million percent more beautiful and welcoming then any AirBnB because real people really live there. I love that Kindred is filling a niche for folks that are looking for a “home” not a “stay”, just like I am. This is the ideal experience for me to be able to empathize with what the Kindred customer needs.

    • I’ve swapped my LA apartment with friends in Brooklyn and always wished we could open our home sharing experience to more friends in other cities. Kindred pretty much made that dream a reality and solved for all the potential pit falls, particularly with that substantial insurance policy you provide.

    • I’m a susty girlie! Allowing people to travel by leveraging a resource they already have is the ultimate sustainable business model in my mind. Why buy up properties, price out locals and fight with local governments when you can create a whole business model off of already existing homes. This is the ultimate form of “User Generated Content” and seriously reduces the environmental impact you’d find with other travel options. I’m ecstatic over the simple brilliance of it all.

    • I’m so excited about the way that Kindred is building community amongst like minded people. After having a chance to experience home sharing through TrustedHousesitters and Couchsurfing I can say that the homes were wonderful but the hosts and the friendships I’ve built with them are the part that keep me coming back. People who are willing to open their homes to others are a special kind of group and Kindred offers such a special way to help them find one another.

    • I already live and breathe the brand ethos - travel and community building are what light my soul up and light the fire under my booty.

    • I have a unique insight into the Kindred target audience (because I’m the target audience!)
